I grew up on a farm outside Cooperstown, North Dakota, where being surrounded by animals sparked my early love for veterinary medicine. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from North Dakota State University in 2010 and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 2014. Since then, I’ve practiced in southwest Kansas, central Minnesota, and central Iowa before returning home to work as an emergency veterinarian in Fargo.

I spent six years as a mixed animal practitioner, caring for a wide range of patients. While my experience in emergency medicine has deepened my skills in critical care and surgery, part of my passion remains where it started—beef cattle. I strive to provide practical solutions, clear communication, and compassionate care for animals and the people who care for them.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new adventures with my husband and boys, baking and cooking, and participating in the family farm. I love learning and am always eager to help where I can.
